Spelling Rules! K NSW
The Spelling Rules! series for Years K–6 has been newly adapted to align specifically with the NSW English Syllabuses, K–2 and 3–6. Each unit of work includes activities that focus on different ways of learning to spell, including phonic, morphological and etymological methods, to cater to the differing needs of students. Several units focus specifically on morphemes and word origins, and other units feature non-English words, including words from First Nations Australian languages. List words in each unit highlight the specific letter pattern or spelling feature being taught. Where possible and relevant, spelling is linked to grammar.
